No, currently not possible.

When using the Sikuli IDE, to capture images, just start with an
untitled tab and save it to e.g. D:\Images\just-captured.sikuli. Then
all captured images will be in D:\Images\just-captured.sikuli. So after
saving and finishing, just move them to where yo want and make the
contained .py an empty file (if you want to reuse it by opening).

In any case, you should not leave D:\Images\just-captured.sikuli open in
Sikuli IDE, when closing  the IDE, to avoid restart problems.
