So first write down, the steps you are doing manually and then translate
this to a Sikuli workflow.

e.g. a usual workflow
--- click and hold left mouse button on the source icon
--- wait until it is accepted as a drag start
--- move mouse to the target icon or window
--- wait until a drop operation is expected
--- release mouse button

for every step there are Sikuli features available.
