Ok, then this means:

your image E:\TestSikuli\nav.png is not visible (or cannot be matched
caused by other reasons) on the screen in the moment, the find operation
is processed.

Another possibility is to just try out the

find("E:\\TestSikuli\\nav.png")

in Sikuli IDE, only to be sure.
