Roland Prancan is still having a problem:
I applied your changes and This is what I get for every test...

Error...
   SeaTowArea.onAppear(WeatherAlert, weatherAlertHandler)
TypeError: onAppear(): 2nd arg can't be coerced to org.sikuli.script.SikuliEventObserver
