Sorry I do not have the functionality right now to grab a video.

The balls scroll across the top of the screen but the first ball ( the
one I care about ) always appears in the same place.

I want to set a region in the square that the new ball appears (about
1.5 square cm) then have that screenshot be placed in a if/find/click
rule for the bingo card region.

I'm really not sure if it is possible but its been my little project for
the last few days. would be pretty cool if it could work!!
