Uuups, yes: hungarian.

I did not dare to ask, because it is clearly said, that type() only
works with US-qwerty keyboard layout currently.

You have to either switch the keyboard layout during your script run or
find out, which key on your keyboard produces the real Key.DELETE or
find another way to achieve what you want.
