No, I cannot confirm ;-)

It only happens, when the script is saved, not in the moment the image
is deleted in the IDE.

I am on Mac too.

  ******** works as expected with Sikuli X-1.0rc3

  - create a script
  - take a screenshot of an image to be used in the script
  - delete the screenshot (reason of updating it with a different one or not even needing it at all)
  ** not seeing the file removed from the script.sikuli directory. For cleaning up purposes, I think it needs to cleanup the directory so it does not fill up with junk images.
