[Bug 973968] Re: Sikuli crashes when I click on any command in its window
--- Also, how to use the .bat?
Use the Sikuli-IDE.bat or Sikuli-IDE-w.bat (no command window stays open) from Sikuli's program folder.
That is not really documented for the IDE, but mentioned everywhere around here with respect to problems with the .exe and with Win7-64.
--- So HOW should I associate Sikuli with JRE6?
Make sure, that calling java.exe from command line uses JRE 6.
If not possible, modify the above .bat's accordingly, so that java.exe/javaw.exe are from JRE 6.
--- path-to-java/jre6/bin
must be in system path (which is usually done by the Sikuli installer).

Title:
Sikuli crashes when I click on any command in its window
Status in Sikuli:
Opinion
Bug description:
If I click on any command, Sikuli crashes immediately (its window
simply vanishes without any error being reported).
For example, if I click on the find() or click() commands in the left
pane, the Sikuli window vanishes.
Reporting for Windows 7 running on two different PCs.
I have both JRE6u25 and JRE7u2 installed on both my PCs.
Note that I am trying to run the Sikuli in its default state (without
making any changes in the setting).
