My apologies. The problem was when I used Save As and the inner files
old-name-py and old-name.html are not renamed. Those were the files that
I meant when I said they were not renamed and "nothing works" means the
app doesn't run. Again, my apologies for the vague bug report.

  Sikuli 1.0rc3

  If you rename the project from within the Sikuli IDE, not all internal
  files are renamed and nothing works. The only workaround is to create
  a new project with the right name and then copy and paste.
