What do you mean by that?

--- How did you run the script? (e.g. from command line?)

If you have a script that continues forever (caused by whatever reason), you have to use the abort hotkey (standard: ALT+SHIFT+C, see preferences) or kill the java/javaw process.
This is a feature !!!

So if you want that your script stops, you have to program a termination
condition (elapsed time or some GUI event) and use exit().

  How stop auto-run project?

  First, i open sikuli is continue hidden (auto-executed project) is
  impossible.. bug?

  Only a work ALT+SHIFT+C to stop... why always use hotkey?

  Problem a new version java j6 update 31 =(
