This is a Sikuli installation problem. You are using the zipped version somewhere down in your folder structure.
If you do this, you have to set the required path and environment entries your self.
What is the reason for not using the installer?

If you wanted to use the latest version, then first install Sikuli with
the installer from official download page and then act as mentioned in
faq 1766 under **** first steps.
