This is a really well known situation with some possible causes.

- try to use the .bat instead of the .exe
- make sure using Java 6 (not Java 7)
- coming from rc2 or had to terminate the IDE by killing java using taskmgr

  sikuli crashes when click the screenshot button

Bug description:
  start sikuli Sikuli-X-1.0rc3 (r905)-win32 on my windows 7(32), click
  the screenshot button, and the sikuli crashes without any error
  notification.
