the somewhat critic information you find here:
http://sikuli.org/download.shtml (windows section)

- there is only a Sikuli 32-Bit version
- it needs a JRE 6 32-Bit version
- use Sikuli-IDE-w.bat to start the IDE

In all cases make sure, that when running the IDE, the JRE 6 32-Bit
version is referenced.
