did you manipulate (e.g. rename it, something with the contained images)
.sikuli folders, you had open in the IDE when closing it, outside of the
IDE? Try to revert these changes.

Or try to use the latest build (but only as 32-Bit available): http://sikuli.org/hudson/job/Sikuli-IDE-Linux/
