When printing out a region:

print Region(0,0,100,100)

It displays:
Region[0,0 100x100]@Screen(0)[0,0 1680x1050] E:Y, T:3.0 E:Y, T:3.0

What does the "E:Y, T:3.0 E:Y, T:3.0" part mean?
