Sorry for having mislead you.

This is in fact part of the official Python (since 2.0) and Jython
package, which is packed together as version 2.5.2 with Sikuli X.

So the first place to look is the official Python library (google:
Python minidom) and potential bugs reported there or alternatively in
the official Jython website.

The fix proposals should be posted there.

Meanwhile there is no other possibility as to use an alternative module
for xml processing or patch your python library inside sikuli-
script.jar.
