Balazs Varga confirmed that the question is solved:
Yeap, I could test it in the native win7.
It's much better, it became reliable.

I wanted to use VM,  because than I can have my scripts running in the
background, and I can do other things in my pc. In case of VMWare Player
If you don't install VMWare tools it's almost working, the VM has a
virtual mouse, which is independent from the native, if VM is not
focused. But sometimes breaks, as I mentioned.
