Sikuli does not have such a feature.

You have to prepare the clients as mentioned above.

You might prepare the scripts on the sever, but then you have to have
some "deploy and run" method, to get the scripts down to the clients and
trigger their run (e.g. some RPC solution) .

A problem might be, that the images you need to search something on a
client's screen cannot be captured on the server, so you have to do that
on the client.

You did not say anything yet about the concrete system environment on
server and client.
