OK, what I'm doing is the following.
I created the script on my local machine, then copied it to the VM

I then right click on Sikuli and run as admin.
I open said script and run it.

did i miss anything? it's still not working.
i've put in a Wait for the UAC dialog and that's where it's failing. so im assuming Sikuli is not even able to see the dialog!

or am i being stupid?
