Mathieu Tremblay is still having a problem:
Hi, this is great thanks.

In terminal, i typed the following:

SIKULI_HOME=/Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app/Contents/Resources/Java
JYTHON_HOME=path-to-folder-with-jython.jar (I did point to my folder)

after that, i typed the following:
java -cp $SIKULI_HOME/sikuli-script.jar:$JYTHON_HOME/jython.jar org.python.util.jython path-to-your-script.py (using my path to m script)

and i got the following:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/python/util/jython
