Since Sikuli only looks at the pixels that are shown on the screen, it is independent of any software you use.
Sikuli does not know anything about the applications that run on your system and produce visual output on the screen.

Using Sikuli means WYSIWYS:
What you see is what you script ;-)

So the videos for Mac show the principles how Sikuli works.
And they are the same for Windows.

So as a first step get Sikuli working on your local system (see faq
2005)

and make you first basic example:
- start one of your Forma based applications
- make and run a basic script, that searches something and clicks on it or something else.
