Not clear what you mean:
--- you say: sequentially self-run many .skl files
sequentially means: one after the other
So what kind of "tool" do you use, that is able to dispatch something to run and cannot wait until this is finished?
... and currently, the only way to run .skl (zipped .sikuli folders) is
using the Sikuli-IDE.bat/Sikuli-IDE-w.bat.
