it simply means to replace the files in the folder "Sikuli X" (which should be in C:\Program Files(x86) in your case) with the files in the unzipped download r930 contained in the folder "Sikuli-IDE" (from Explorer window to Explorer window).

... are in the folder "SIKULI X"
