j proposed the following answer:
Create a textfile in the directory where your sikulitests are, name it "runscripts.bat". 
Copy the code shown above into that textfile and save it. 
Make sure the Path "C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\Sikuli-IDE.bat" matches the path of your Sikuli installation. 
If you are running Windows 64bit the path will probably be "C:\Program Files(x86)\Sikuli X\Sikuli-IDE.bat". 
After saving, run the file by doubleclicking it.
