usually this is caused by "bad" screenshots.

try to make the screenshot of the image to search with as little
background as possible - concentrate the image on the parts, that makes
it distinctive from other areas of the screen.

Another problem sometimes is, that the image needs more than the
standard waiting time of 3 seconds to appear.

If you cannot solve it: come back with the code snippet that fails (just
copy and paste from the IDE).
