Sikuli does not have a feature, to store images in a folder like
C:\LocalAutomation\SikuliTests\Screenshots

So pls. more information on what you are talking about and/or when that
happened.

  ImageIO.write does not check for correct folder location

Bug description:
  I found that during my initial setup the path
  C:\LocalAutomation\SikuliTests\Screenshots did not exist therefore
  Sikuli failed to create an image due to the directory Screenshots not
  being there.
