Thanks for the tests.

Then it is a problem with the internally used Java Robot and nothing can
be done currently, to solve that with Java 6.

later during next week, I can give you a Sikuli version 32Bit, that runs
with Java 7. So you could test, wether this problem is no longer there
with Java 7.
