RaiMan proposed the following answer:
f = Finder("some-image.png")
f.find("some-other-image.png")
if f.hasNext():
   print "equal"
else:
   print "not equal"

the some-other-image.png must be contained in some-image.png, meaning
width must be equal or smaller AND height must be equal or smaller.
