Okay that helped. I believe it's the Hover that's causing the problem. 
To that point, I need a little guidance for usage. 
Are you familiar with Virtual Machine technology? If so, you know the two bigger vendors MSFT and VMware offer a 'preview' mode for a VM to run in. Or, alternatively you can remote desktop into the machine to get work done. 
Using the first way I'm getting really weird results...the Hover isn't really working. When I run in Remote desktop, it's better. But when I click out of that Remot desktop the sikuli script stops...I guess because it doesn't have a mouse. 
In your experience...is remote desktops not recommended for Sikuli? Or are there best practices for using them effectively?
