RaiMan proposed the following answer:
When saving Sikuli scripts with a new name, internally the .py file with
the old name is preserved (a bug, fix committed). This sometimes leads
to confusions when renaming forth and back.

So if you want to avoid any troubles: After saving the YYY.sikuli from
XXX.sikuli got to the folder YYY.sikuli and delete the contained files
XXX.py and XXX.html before continuing with XXX.sikuli (no need to close
IDE during the deletion).
