Thanks again, my project works perfectly now.
To sum up, i reinstalled the jdk1.6 (the file is named: "JavaForOSX-1.dmg"), then i changed the JAVA_HOME value inside the jython executable, which is called when we used jybot, like this:
#JAVA_HOME="/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Home"
JAVA_HOME="/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home"
