  Windows: using alt+tab to switch to IDE toggles menu

Status in Sikuli:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When using alt+TAB to switch between applications on windows (XP SP3)
  and i don't hold alt a moment before pressing TAB to change away from
  the IDE to another application i end up with the IDE having the menu
  activated when returning to it.

  Happens only when the time between holding alt and pressing tab is
  short.
