Just tested on my Mac 10.8 (which should be no difference) with the
latest version (r930): it works as expected.

I have just the standard installation /Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app and a library reference to 
/Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app/Contents/Resources/Java/sikuli-script.jar in the project properties (to get this you have to use the  feature "add variable").
