I would generally recommend the following with Eclipse:
- since the latest Sikuli X (r930) already contains Jython 2.5.2, you should download Jython 2.5.2 and use it in Eclipse (put it somewhere and change the Jython reference in Eclipse prefs)
- only the folder sikuli contained in the folder Lib in sikuli-script.jar should be copied to the site-packages folder in the jython installation folder

This assures, that you have the same conditions regarding Jython inside
Eclipse and when running your scripts from command line using Sikuli-
IDE.bat/Sikuli-IDE-w.bat.
