Ok, sorry for the fast, but wrong shot.

On Mac you currently need a standard Sikuli installation, if you do not
want to fiddle around with special cases.

Sikuli should be in
/Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app

For some reason, the libMacUtil.jnilib is loaded from
/Users/u0151345/Documents/workspace/AutomatedTests/Libs/libMacUtil.jnilib
(For normal usage Sikuli native stuff should not be there)

but should be loaded from
/Applications/Sikuli-IDE.app/Contents/Frameworks

So something is special with your setup.
