  Win7 64bit: mouse commands don't work

Bug description:
  Sikuli 0.10.0
  Windows 7 x64

  Steps:
  1) click the Sikuli IDE to add a click event.  
  2) Select a region.  
  3) Click "Run and show actions"

  It will show that it found the region, but it won't click it.  Same
  goes for doubleclick and hover.

  Other commands like popup & switchApp work fine.
