Question #166928 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/166928

ZW posted a new comment:
We went Environment Variables:
and the following are as follows:
User Variable
Path- %SIKULI_HOME%\libs;C:\software_installations\sikuli\libs;C:\jre6u41_32bit\bin
SIKULI_HOME- C:\software_installations\sikuli

System Variable
PATH- %SIKULI_HOME%\libs;

So we're not syre why we're still getting errors:

C:\software_installations\sikuli>C:\jre6u41_32bit\bin\java.exe -Djava.library.path=C:\software_installations\sikuli\libs\VisionProxy.dll -jar C:\software_installations\sikuli\sikuli-script.jar C:\Users\rrr\Desktop\sikuli-tests\helloworld2.sikuli
