Does Sikuli use the Fast template matching with image pyramid as shown in:
http://opencv-code.com/tutorials/fast-template-matching-with-image-pyramid/

If so, I want a more accurate way of pattern matching. It can be slow but it should be accurate. Is it possible to do so using matchTemplate() of OpenCV and implement the same in sikuli by changing the Native interface? If yes, how?
