Hey its too late I am answering this query but I hope it will be helpful
for others.

Step1 - open command line prompt
App.open("C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe")
wait(5)

Step2 - type uninstallation command
type("wmic product where name=\"Product_name\" call uninstall\n")

here \ will just ignore the actual functionality of double quote(") and
consider it as string
