RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Sikuli always searches the images on the screen of the machine it is
running on, in this case machine 1.

Sikuli does not know anything of machine 2.

You must either implement some VNC based solution or trigger the Sikuli
functions to startup and run on machine 2.

BTW: why don't you use WebDriver to fill in the fields?
