I am trying to evaluate test tool.

We test lots of same reports over and over again and I feel this is very inefficient 
I wonder if Sikuli is useful tool to test the content of PDF report?  
ex: quantity: 5

Nowdays, we have new requirement to make the report more neat and well-organized for customers.
Can we use this tool to test layout of pdf, such as font size, middle, bold, page breaking, etc.

One more thing to ASK.
We customized Yahoo UI (YUI) to develop rich text editor, such as bold, italic, underline.

We find many issues testing rich text.  because of one change, other functionality is not working.
This is very repetitive.

Someone recommend us to look at Sikuli tool for automation testing tool.  
Can we use this tool to test the content and layout of PDF report and customized YUI rich text editor?
