  [request] Add YesNo Popup dialog

Bug description:
  Suggest adding a standard interface for prompting the user Yes/No
  questions.  this would be implemented similarly to the input
  interface.

  The following jython snippet has worked for me:

  from javax.swing import JOptionPane;

  def YesNoPopup(msg="",title=""):
      rtn = JOptionPane.showConfirmDialog(None,msg,title,JOptionPane.YES_NO_OPTION);
      if rtn == JOptionPane.YES_OPTION :
          return True
      else:
          return False

  def YesNoPopup_TEST():
      if YesNoPopup("my msg","my title") is True:
          print "you hit yes"
      else:
          print "you hit no"
