anish is still having a problem:
But the thing is pixel dimensions of same icon in different screen
resolutions will be different...I think it can't help much..

RaiMan proposed the following answer:
yes, as long as the image as it appears on different systems is the same
in terms of screen pixels  (same pixel width, same pixel height and each
pixel is the same as the taken shot (slight differences in brightness
and color of some pixels will decrease the match's similarity, and hence
will make a FindFailed, if it falls below minSimilarity))
