RaiMan proposed the following answer:
- 1. on Windows 64-Bit you should use the Win64 package, since you
usually have installed the Java for 64 Bit
-2. if you want to run with a Java 32-Bit for whatever reason, you have
to download and use the Win32 package
No need to change anything in the command files.
The command files for Windows are setup, to select the correct Java
version depending on the used package on Windows 64-Bit (if you have a
standard Java installation)
