j proposed the following answer:
Looks like Sikuli can't handle whitespaces in paths. 
Try if it works if you cd into Sikuli X:

cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Sikuli X\"

And then run Sikuli:

Sikuli-IDE-w.bat
