Re: [Question #229373]: [1.0] Can't start IDE on Win64 -- if using 32-Bit Java, the 32-Bit Sikuli package is needed

Question #229373 on Sikuli changed:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/229373

Iacopo posted a new comment:
Same problem. No errors. Tried with both 32 and 64 bit zip packages on
Windows 7 64 bit.

C:\Users\asus\Downloads\Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win32>sikuli-ide.cmd
-Xms64M -Xmx512M -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
ECHO disattivato.
+++ using as SIKULIX_HOME: C:\Users\asus\Downloads\Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win32\
+++ this Sikuli version is 32-Bit
+++ trying to start Sikuli IDE with C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin
[I18N] menuShowThumbs
[...nothing happens...]

and

C:\Users\asus\Downloads\Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win64>sikuli-ide.cmd
-Xms64M -Xmx512M -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
ECHO disattivato.
+++ using as SIKULIX_HOME: C:\Users\asus\Downloads\Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win64\
+++ this Sikuli version is 64-Bit
+++ trying to start Sikuli IDE with C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin
[I18N] menuShowThumbs
[...nothing happens...]

Java version:
C:\Users\asus\Downloads\Sikuli-IDE-1.0.0-Win32>java -version
java version "1.7.0_07"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_07-b11)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 23.3-b01, mixed mode, sharing)

Note: I had this problem in 2 PCs, but, curiosely, it happens after some
sessions of correct working of the IDE... :?
