[Question #230996]: load config file without absolute path

I wrote a function to parse my own config file. I've got 2 questions:

1. Can I place the config file in a certain folder so that Sikuli can find it without specifying the absolute path of the config file?
It seems that the running dir of sikuli is %USER%\AppData\Local\Temp. But when I placed the config file in that folder, Sikuli still can't find the config file.

2. It seems that Sikuli only loads the config file once after IDE starts. Even if I modify the config file, Sikuli stills uses the old configuration. Is it possible to solve this? Or is it possible to know where the configuration is loaded?
