must be
SIKULIX_HOME=C:\carpeta-trabajo\workspace\Sikuli1

supposing Sikuli1 contains the libs folder and sikuli-script.jar

C:\carpeta-trabajo\workspace\Sikuli1
need not be in system path

only
C:\carpeta-trabajo\workspace\Sikuli1\libs
MUST be in system path

Take care not to mix up with RC3

BTW: ... I launched from eclipse sikuli the example of the documentation ...
What example are you talking about? pls. post the link.

If it is from the docs: Sorry, not yet up to date for version 1.0.0 (as
mentioned on the download page)
