Hello Raiman,

           Thanks for you suggestion. I checked again whether my environment works as per your comment! Strange. It didn't. 
But I was reading your comments again and again! Just thought of shifting the whole Sikuli X folder to the D:\ from the C:\. 

Also I changed the Environment Variables and the External Libraries path
accordingly.

To my surpise! It worked like a charm!!! ;-)

Still wondering what could be the issue here. It's a bit weird. Did I
really do some change here which could make the real difference.

Anyway that solved my issue!
