Techno.Scavenger is still having a problem:
Ok, another try.

- Opened command prompt (with elevated privileges just in case), cd into C:\SikuliX.
- Run runSetup.cmd

Selected Pack 1 and Pack 2, same result. Only installs sikuli-ide.

I will try to re-download sikuli-setup.jar for good measure and let you
know.
